Creative Director

Come on board and lead our winning, global brand design team. As a creative director, you will manage and lead your designers. You will guide them on their journey to creating holistic and disruptive visual brand languages and identities. You’ll also work closely with brand strategists, to form the axis upon which brands are born, connecting strategy, design and storytelling. We see our creative director as a driving force of our team, inspiring and lifting their teammates, giving enough space for them to find their own solutions, while keeping up with schedule and making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s the ultimate balance between Creative and Direction, and a noticeable part in the difference we make.

  • Team guidance, leadership and management. 
  • Help brand designers translate the brand strategies into an interesting, different and refined visual experience.be adaptable to all kind of industries and field. 
  • Lead brand designers in finding innovative solutions, to let our clients stand out of their competitors.
  • Make sure there’s enough space to create, within schedule.
  • Be the adaptable, inspiring, team player you are.

 

key qualifications

 

  • At least five years of experience as a brand designer, illustrator or graphic designer.
  • At least two years of experience as team lead or creative director is favorable.
  • Graduate of a leading design school.
  • If you’re pretty fluent in English – amazing. If you’re super fluent, we’ll bring our surfboards.
