As UI Team Lead you get to:
Inspire, lead and mentor the global UI design team, implement best practices and build a culture of design excellence.
Oversee the user experience and design language of all our different projects from conception to launch.
Develop and manage product visual identities and digital design systems.
Work closely with UX Leads and project managers, to deliver the best visual solutions at the right time.
Guide a team of eager junior designers and help them grow and become professional.
Conduct reviews and implement design best practices.
This position is both hands on and administrative: you’ll help assess and price new projects, present clients AND design logos, establish visual languages and support your team members.
For this position, you need:
2+ years of experience in a product or project company, working on digital interactive products.
An exceptional portfolio of web/responsive/native with expertise in interaction, and visual design.
Attention to details and passion for simplicity and pixel-perfect design.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
Hands-on UI design experience for interactive products on the web or mobile platforms.
Familiarity with practicing UX in an Agile development environment.
Be passionate about UI and other areas of design and innovation.
