The product team in Firma is a multi-disciplinary team, working in synergy with the strategy and branding teams but is responsible for in-depth product processes, from research, product discovery workshops, UX/UI processes using different methodologies, user testing and working closely with developers.

UI / Product Designer
As a UI / Product Designer at Firma, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that span industries and continents.
Your role will involve:
User Interface Design: Create visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces for our digital products, including mobile apps, complex systems, websites and other digital platforms.
Visual Design: Develop a high end consistent and aesthetically pleasing visual language, including color schemes, typography, icons, and imagery, that aligns with the product's branding and user experience goals.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Collaborate with UX designers to turn wireframes and user flows into interactive prototypes, allowing for user testing and iterative design improvements.
Responsive Design: Ensure that UI designs are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes and devices, providing a consistent experience across platforms.
Design System Maintenance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system or style guide that establishes design patterns and standards for the product.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, front-end developers, and back-end developers, to ensure that design solutions align with product goals and technical feasibility.
User Feedback: Incorporate user feedback and usability testing results into design iterations, continuously improving the product's UI based on user needs and preferences.
Accessibility: Ensure that UI designs are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by following accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative design solutions to the team.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a UI Designer who embodies innovation and a deep passion for crafting exceptional interfaces.
Our ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in design-related field (Graphic Design / Media studies / Visual communication in a 4-year program).
Work experience of at least 2 years as a UI/ Product designer + Portfolio.
Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and user experience.
Portfolio showcasing a range of UI design work and the ability to explain design decisions.
Experience with Design Systems: experience in maintaining design consistency across digital products through the use of design systems.
Illustration skills are a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Adaptability to changing project requirements.
